At our practice, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional skincare products. Because these products are intended for personal use and hygiene, we have the following return policy.

Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Be returned in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and protection of all our clients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products.

  • Products with broken safety seals or damaged packaging.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivities

Our skincare products contain active ingredients that may affect individuals differently. We recommend consulting with us before purchasing if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or specific skin conditions.

Because individual skin responses cannot be predicted, we are unable to offer refunds for products that have been opened or used due to personal preference or individual skin reactions, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
